Responsibilities

• Provide full range of legal and regulatory support for Hong Kong Headquarter and China offices
• Draft, negotiating and review a broad range of business contracts, tenancy agreements, notice, correspondence, marketing materials and other documentations
• Handle regulatory bodies cases
• Coordinate and collaborate closely with various internal business functions and outside legal counsels
• Carry out legal and other related researches, and provide legal advice
• Dealing with personal data and privacy issues
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Degree holder in law or related discipline with at least 3 years of legal firm or in-house relevant experience;
• Strong organizational skills, good presentation and report writing skills.
• Good command of written Chinese and English is a must
• Willing to work and learn under pressure
• Candidates with less relevant working experience will be considered as Assistant Legal Officer
