Job Description
Mission
Lead and drive strategy definition and M&A origination process for various businesses globally. Work closely with EcoBuilding Head of Strategy and key global business leaders to lead strategic and transformational development programs. The job also involve interaction with potential partners or acquisition targets at C-level.
Key responsibilities
- Continuous market and competition follow-up and analysis
- Define organic & external growth strategy for EcoBuilding (Business Models/channels, offer)
- Contribute to define specific marketing strategies for EcoBuilding
- Deliver investment priorities for offer road map and business models
- Conduct M&A files for the division
- Contribute to EcoBuilding strategy committee
- Transform ideas into strategic programs where relevant
- Analyze information/data and covert into actionable insight
- Contribute to strategic monitoring of programs by being in-touch with the deployment action
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of strategy experience
- Worked in strategy position for consulting firm and/or transverse projects for in-house experience
- Experience in dealing with virtual team around the world
- from origination to execution
- At ease with C-level interaction
- Solid academical background (MBA is a plus)
- Understanding the business
- Strategic thinking
- Inspiring others and getting work job done through others
- Language : very good command of English
