Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Director of Legal and Compliance in daily legal business.
• Draft and negotiate commercial documents, oversee company secretarial work and provide legal advice to internal business units.
• Participate in corporate finance transactions, including IPO, M&A, private equity and general corporate compliance work.

Requirements:

• Degree holders in Law with least 3-5 years of post qualification experience.
• Qualified solicitor/lawyer in Hong Kong, North America, Australia or Commonwealth.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing.
• Strong presentation and inter-personal skills.
