• Tertiary educated in Estate Management, Housing Studies or related disciplines 
• 7+ years of property management experience 
• Manage large teams in overseeing daily operations of residential portfolios and some retail/commercial assets 
• Ensure guidelines, standards and procedures are complied with for property management functions, including technical services, engineering and maintenance, building security, cleaning and procurement 
• Ensure high levels of operation quality and compliance 
• Review the performance of outsourced contractors and lead the tendering process 
• Participate heavily in IO/OC meetings and handling ad hoc assignments
• MHKIH or relevant qualifications
• Experience in large scale residential portfolios is strong preferred 
• A solid track record of implementing high customer service levels 
• Strong stakeholder management skills
