Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research in real estate sectors and maintenance of database
• Gather transaction information in various channels and maintain transaction records
• Research and contribute in exploring new stocks and identifying business development opportunities
• Assist in market analysis and related studies, involve in the implementation of marketing strategy and site inspections
• Provide fundamental financial analysis and asset portfolio commentaries, and assist the due diligence and underwriting process
• Support in preparation of investment pitches, property particulars and information memorandums
  
  

Requirements

• University degree in real estate, business finance or any commercial disciplines
• Minimum one year working experience in real estate or financial sectors
• Self-driven, aggressive and able to deliver quality work under tight deadlines
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good team player who enjoys high performing corporate culture
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with exceptional experience or potentials can be considered for higher position
