Responsibilities:

• Negotiate with clients on lease terms and conditions for new and renewal leases;
• Process admission applications and tenancy renewals from site visits to preparation of lease documentations on a timely and efficient manner;
• Assist in ensuring all lease renewals at Science Park and InnoCentre are in order, including Lease Expiry Notices, ABUs and other relevant documentations being sent to tenants on time;
• Supervise officers to perform lease administration duties and provide quality services to clients;
• Assist in performing simulations and analyses in relation to lease administration;
• Provide assistance on ad hoc projects;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Possession of a Bachelor degree in Business, Analysis, Real Estate or related disciplines;
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience in lease administration and customer servicing;
• Customer oriented and result driven;
• Excellent planning and attention to details;
• Strong communication and presentation skill;
• Pleasant, outgoing and enthusiastic;
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines under tight schedule;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
