We are an established Family Office with strong portfolio of assets, now in search for a Property Manager to be responsible for the overall leasing management and administration of its residential and commercial properties; offering great work-life balance and a stable environment to the right candidate.

• You will lead a small team to manage and conclude new letting/renewable tenancy negotiations with prospects, tenants and agents in accordance with agreed budget and direction from management;

• Responsible for overall management of assigned residential and commercial properties to satisfy the requirements of the ownership and tenants, to preserve and increase the value and integrity of the properties and to meet the financial objectives of the ownership and management;

• Responsible for all leases, contracts, and tenancy agreements;

• Maintain good relationship and regular contact with agents as necessary;

• Maintain building (if solely owned by The Company) systems by contracting for maintenance services, supervising repairs, establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures, responding to emergencies;

• Maintain properties by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, planning renovations, keeping rental at optimum capacity;

• Assist in ad-hoc projects eg. coordination of building refurbishment.

Qualification Requirements

- A degree holder or above majoring in Real Estate, Surveying, Management, Marketing, or related subject preferred

- 10+ years of leasing or property management industry preferred

- Stable work history

- Good writing, management, and interpersonal skills

- Experience in maintenance and renovation works would be a plus

- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese (majority tenants are foreigners/expats)
