Responsibilities:

• Assist in the operations and property management of investment properties and infrastructure projects in PRC and Hong Kong;
• Assist in the preparation of feasibility studies and financial modeling for new acquisition;
• Coordinate in project costing and budgeting, property evaluation, research, etc.
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting , Surveying or Real Estate disciplines;
• Member of recognized professional institutions e.g. HKICPA /HKIS/RICS, etc, with minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience;
• Experience in PRC and Hong Kong real estate projects will be advantageous;
• Fluent in Putonghua and English.
