Responsibilities

• Deal sourcing, transaction advisory and completion of property investment projects in China 
• Liaise with potential clients and identify investment opportunities
• Develop investment pitches, particulars, and information memorandums
• Provide financial analysis and asset portfolio commentaries, and assist the due diligence and underwriting process
• Conduct in-depth market research and sector study of different cities in China
• Expand institutional and corporate clientele through cold calling & industry events
• Frequent travel to China

Requirements

• University degree in real estate, business finance, marketing or any commercial disciplines
• Experience working in Shanghai or Beijing a plus
• Proven track record in developing client base
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Self-driven, aggressive and able to deliver quality work under tight deadlines
• Good team player who enjoys high performing corporate culture
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must
