Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Provide hotline customer service answering incoming phone calls.
-Deal with telephone enquiries and complains in an efficient and friendly manner.
-Ensure proper working condition of the telephone switchboard and report any malfunction.
-Ensure computer systems are in working condition and report any malfunction.
-Provide clerical support like data entry when necessary.
-Lead and take charge of a group of customer service officers including planning the daily roster of the team.
-Working hours 9am to 6pm.
Requirements:
-F.5 / DSE or above.
-Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
-3 years customer service experience in property management or hotel industry.
-Good Computer Skills.
Remuneration Package & Benefits:
-Attractive salary package with daily transport allowance.
-Fix shift, 9 hours per day.
-Working at Discovery Bay.
