Responsibilities:

• Assist Property Manager to manage portfolio of buildings
• Handle daily operation of the properties including maintenance, cleaning and security services
• Ensure the quality of service delivered to residents/tenants
• Handle inquiries and complaints
• Assist in ad hoc assignments 

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, preferably with certificate in Property Management or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in property management / portfolio management
• Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
• Knowledge of Chinese Word Processing
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Self-motivated and presentable
• Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
