Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle telephone & email enquiries and welcome customers' feedback in a professional manner
- Establish a professional image as Software Guidance / Solution Provider / Adviser
- Maintain a good customer relationship by providing one-stop customer service
- Provide excellent quality service to our valued customers with a great expectation & satisfaction
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above, preferable with Certificate / Diploma in Service Management or Computer Studies, fresh graduate will be considered
- Knowledge in general Microsoft Office applications usage
- Good command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Pleasant personality, patient, and able to work under pressure
- Immediately available preferred
