Requirements

• Diploma holder or above;
• At least 3-5 years in retail / operations experience;
• Service oriented with good communication skills;
• Self-organized, energetic, open minded persion, can work independently;
• Hands-on skills in Excel and reporting;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales team and daily retail operations;
• Motivate and lead the sales staff to achieve monthly sales target;
• Support POS on VM and product launch;
• Formulate and implement marketing and promotion program;
• Handle and follow up on shops enquiry and feedback;
• Ability to work independently as well as being a team player.
