Job Description

Responsibilities:

Travel Retail

  • Responsible for sales management and network development within the region, achieve all sales targets of Travel Retail.
  • Develop brand communications from digital, advertising, CRM to in-store touch points
  • Plan merchandise mix, exclusive product range, promotional pack to cater to customers' preference
  • Work with duty free operators on annual promotional campaign and events calendar
  • Regular store visits to get feedback from retail clients in order to provide analysis and recommendations with relevant action plans to develop sales and achieve targets
  • Conduct competitor, markets, category and consumer analysis and feed insights into effective marketing strategy
  • Coordinate internally to ensure adequate support for the travel retail key performance indicators
  • Prepare & conduct seasonal product training with brand presentation material

 Wholesales & Franchise

  • Assist the Director of Wholesales on sales forecast planning & setting of purchase plan for existing accounts/doors in Asia Pacific partner
  • Prepare & conduct seasonal product training with brand presentation material for franchisees & by analyzing monthly sell through performance for better understanding on market needs
  • Monitor & evaluate newly launched collection’s sales effectiveness
  • Enhance sales performance, both quantitative and qualitative sales objectives by implementing corporate strategy with franchise partners. Prepare and monitor sell through of designated accounts, maximize the sales opportunities
  • Responsible for sales force effectiveness, manage & maintain relationship with customers
  • Compile and follow all reporting (weekly, monthly & seasonally) between HQ & partners.

 Requirements

  • At least 6 years’ experience in retail and wholesale management, preferable in luxury brands.
  • Strong understanding, experience and distribution network in Asia Pacific markets.
  • Solid and good knowledge in luxury products and leather goods presentations.  
  • Proficient in budgeting, sales plan, inventory control and logistics arrangement.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, good team player, diligent & accountable.
  • Strong business sense with excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure in an ambiguous matrix environment.
  • Confident and meticulous with strong organizational skills.
  • Computer literate, proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
  • Frequent travel in the region is required.
