Job Overview

This position responsible for all the customer services activities for Fulfill4E and Ship4E services in Hong Kong. The position will be based in Hong Kong, directly reports to the Customer Services Manager – Southeast Asia Region.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day customer enquiries, complaints via calls, emails, and livechat platforms regarding products, after-sales, return/delivery issues, etc
• Ensure customer queries and feedback are effectively resolved with courtesy
• Reporting preparation
• Customer services
• Work closely with Operations and Warehouse team
• Take on ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience requirements

• Diploma graduate or above. Bachelor degree in Supply Chain or Logistics Studies is preferable
• Experience in E-Commerce operations and key account customer services will be advantage

Job Skills and Competencies for this position

• Good communication skills in both English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Offices (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc), good typing skills, Chinese typing is required
• Customer-oriented, flexible, mature and work independently
• Able to work for long hours and can work under pressure
• Passion in E-Commerce and target to develop career in the E-Commerce logistics field
• Immediate available will be an advantage
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Services Officer

We offer 5.5 days work and bank holidays with year end double pay
