Jobs Duties

• Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the customer service team composed of a key account team and a Call Centre
• Lead the team to coordinate with CS Manager, operation team and customers to maintain high customer satisfaction for assigned key accounts

• Handle customer complaint in a professional standard and support ad-hoc tasks

• Review and improve daily customer service operation workflow and assist to manage daily team administration
• Assist CS Manager to monitor team performance with KPIs and ensure service quality by training and quality assurance procedure, etc

Requirements

• High diploma or above
• Proven knowledge of over 2 years’ service and/or training experience in Customer Service / Call Centre, preferably in express / logistics industry
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Solid achievement on people management and performance improvement
• Excellent knowledge of Call Centre system, Microsoft Excel, Power point etc.
• Prefer fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Working location: Lai Chi Kok
