Job Description
Key Responsibilities :-
- Identify market opportunities to develop and grow a strong sales pipeline
- Extend HK’s current client base/ relationship to Shanghai/China market
- Develop local client base/relationship in Shanghai/China
- Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients
- Manage Customer Relationship
- Ensure service level requirements and deliver quality services to our customers
- Achieve personal and department goals & objectives
- Maintain a smooth flow of day-to-day operations
- Regular update of sales forecast, situation analysis and business opportunity etc
Requirements :-
- Tertiary education and above
- Experience in working with property developer, relocation company, sales and marketing in hotel management industry
- Work base in Shanghai, occasionally travel within the region
- Microsoft office, CAD and AI will be an advantage
