Job Description
Main Roles & Responsibilities:
- Receive customers’ phone calls, faxes, e-mails and handle accordingly
- Liaise directly with customers on service requests & general inquiries for collection, delivery, provision of material, etc., and ensure customers are provided with courteous, friendly, and efficient service
- Handle order processing
- Support Sales Team & ensure proper communication with Operations and notify Management of any difficulties
- Handle correspondence & documentation, department filing and record storage administration management
- Prepare, check, issue, and mail invoices to customers
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education, preferably 1-year working experience in the service industry or customer service field
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good computer knowledge
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, pleasant and cheerful
- Good sense of time management
- Candidate with less experience will also considerate
