Responsibilities:

• To provide professional and hotline services, handle enquiries and promote products proactively via inbound and outbound channels
• Contribute to achieve sales objectives by promoting products to existing customers 
• To maintain good and long-term relationship with clients
• Coordinates warranty administration process
• Data entry in Salesforce system and SAP system
• Support administration team for checking distributors and sub-contractors invoice
• Ad hoc / general duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Form 5 (HKCEE)/ Form 6 (DSE) graduate or above education level
• 1-2 years of sales experience in telemarketing business/customer service/ call centre is an advantage
• Responsible, well-organized, detail-oriented and hardworking
• Strong analytical skills and sensitive to numerical figures
• Strong sales and customer service orientation, with ability to work under pressure
• Good command in spoken and written Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
• Immediate available is preferred
