Responsibilities:

• Provide all kinds of administrative and sales support to sales teams
• Responsible for contract review, sales meeting, sales order processing, client enquiries and inventory for sales demo
• Enquire products and prices with suppliers
• Prepare quotation, tender submission, update job reference
• Lead a sales admin staff to carry out daily clerical jobs
• Coordinate between internal departments and clients to ensure timely delivery
• Any other duties assigned from Director of Sales

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated, preferred in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 5 years working experience in a relevant field is preferable
• Good command in both spoken and written English & Cantonese
• Good communication and coordination, a self-motivated good team player with initiative to work under dynamic environment and deadlines
• Positive attitude and have strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in MS Office, English & Chinese word processing
• Well organized, responsible, attentive to details
