Job Description

Position Summary

Customer Enquiry – Act as a liaison and provide product/pricing/services information to customer enquiry.

Order Fulfillment - To take and process orders from customers, provide required information to enhance smooth and effective flow of the orders, deliver goods to customers within promised time at least cost.  Coordinate with factory/forwarder for shipment, manage documentation flow in the most responsible manner with zero error.

Customer Complaint - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up with internal departments to ensure resolution solved. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain direct contact with customers before and/or after sales, via telephone, email, chat or through other social media platforms;
  • Support sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations (CRM) with clients/customers;
  • Order fulfillment service to optimize delivery to customer requirements;
  • Maintain documentation to reflect the efficiency and effectiveness of department activities;
  • Manage, set goals and objectives for the department to meet customer delivery requirements, as acknowledged per the factory;
  • Ensure correct and timely order entering and processing, packaging of finished goods to specification, on time shipment and accurate management of FGI inventory;
  • Other job duties as assigned by the company from time to time.

 Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in business related disciplines;
  • 5 years working experience in I/E firm or proven customer support experience preferred;
  • Familiar with I/E documents, Tradelink System, PC knowledge in MS office, Chinese typing;
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers;
  • Good command of English & Mandarin;
  • Independent, able to work under pressure and team player;
  • Excellent communication skill and presentation skill;
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and manage time effectively;
  • Must be efficient in Excel, Word, Access and Oracle experience is highly desirable.
