Key Objectives:

• Provide swift responses to enquiries from customers and ensure that such enquiries are well addressed to in a timely fashion
• Consolidate and relay customer feedback to appropriate parties for improvement
• Handle product and service orders, invoicing, and daily transactions and scheduling
• Produce routine and ad hoc reports
• Provide support to the team whenever needed

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in business administration or related disciplines
• 2-3 years or above work experience in customer services
• Well-organized and able to handle multiple objectives
• Commitment to preset standards and deadlines
• Able to communicate in English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Good at Microsoft Office and CRM system
• Immediate available will be an advantage
