Job Description
Key Objectives:
- Provide swift responses to enquiries from customers and ensure that such enquiries are well addressed to in a timely fashion
- Consolidate and relay customer feedback to appropriate parties for improvement
- Handle product and service orders, invoicing, and daily transactions and scheduling
- Produce routine and ad hoc reports
- Provide support to the team whenever needed
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in business administration or related disciplines
- 2-3 years or above work experience in customer services
- Well-organized and able to handle multiple objectives
- Commitment to preset standards and deadlines
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Good at Microsoft Office and CRM system
- Immediate available will be an advantage
