職責:
- 與顧客建立良好關係
- 解答顧客查詢
- 妥善處理顧客投訴
- 準備購物卡，協助顧客及旅行社職員登記，計算購物金額以參加抽獎及換領優惠
- 為顧客及旅行社職員提供禮賓服務，包括歡迎問候語，提供公司各品牌資料，公司設施及售後服務
要求:
- 中五或相等程度，並有相關顧客服務經驗
- 主動，有禮及良好溝通技巧，懂簡單文書及電腦操作
- 必須具流利普通話、廣東話及簡單英語
