Job Description
My client is a huge MNC who is a market leader in its industry, they are urgently looking for a Test Lead to join their IT team. This is a fantastic chance to work with people from different nationality / culture with opportunities for career development.
The successful candidate will:
- Develop the overall test plan, approach and planning; Manage test team and test delivery
- Develop and maintain test artefacts (scripts, templates etc.); Gather and analyze data in support of business cases, projects, and process/system requirements.
- Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate with software/systems personnel in application testing, such as system, unit, regression, load, and UAT methods
- Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of quality assurance/testing best practices
The ideal candidate is:
- Solid experience working in a similar role
- Experience with large scale ERP projects with significant testing
- Knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies.
- With exposure in using testing tools for test automation and management (e.g. Quality Centre, Microsoft Test Manager, Load Runner etc)
- Confident working at all levels in the organization
