An integral member of the commercial function. Area of responsibility includes but not limited to sales and financial analytics, sales process governance, and customer relationship database management. Support Area CCO with data-based recommended actions that can drive business growth.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities

• Analyse sales data to measure sales productivity in the Area in accordance with global standard performance reports, and identify area for improvement
• Assist in sales pipeline management, actual performance tracking and provide regular updates to Area Commercial team
• Support annual target setting exercise
• Monitor CRM usage and records per guideline and ensure data quality in CRM
• Update pipeline summary, volume forecast, improvement summary and top target clients’ list for growing Ocean & Air business
• Support driving new initiative in the Area (e.g. TWILL)
• Prepare meeting materials and presentation for area commercial head
• Follow up Customer Satisfaction Survey, internal compliance and training/PPM completion, etc.
• As focal point for commercial related cross-functional projects, tasks and initiatives

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with min. 3 years’ experience in sales performance management or related works
• Excellent analytical skills and sensitive to figures
• Proficient computer skills using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and passionate
