Key Responsibilities :

• Well present YM and introduce the brand in friendly manner
• Deliver excellent customer service, handle customer enquiries and understand their needs
• Build repeat clientele and maintain long-term relationship with potential customers

• Perform in-store daily operations and sales activities

Requirement︰

• Diploma or above
• 1 Year working experience, preferably in frontline retail industry
• Positive, presentable and customer-oriented
• Good communication skills : English/ Cantonese
• Keen interest in Japanese culture
