Responsibilities:

• To compile statistics, data analysis and prepare report related to sales activities;
• To collect market information as directed;
• To manage and maintain data quality to reach business target & drive for performance improvement;
• To engage & monitor sales inquiries for the region;
• To follow up & support for both departments;
• To collect, centralize and report marketing information;
• To conduct special service research;
• To create and prepare presentation material;
• To take lead or provide backup in various corporate projects and other duties as requested.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration/ Logistics or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years in freight forwarding industry is preferred but not essential;
• Excellent MS office knowledge;
• Analytic abilities on data analysis and report preparation;
• Good Communication & presentation skills;
• Team-player and proactive;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin).
