Responsibilities:

• Assist to Customer Service Manager in supervising the delegated sub-team of Customer Service Executives
• Act as overall backup to Customer Service Manager on assigned and urgent matters during his absent
• Control Tower of all matters in relating to Key Accounts in Customer Service Team
• Handle routine enquires & complains in a professional and effective manner
• Maintain manual/system quotations and prepare regular reports for customers and Customer Service Manager
• Participate in ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• At least 3-year hands on experience in the field of Freight Forwarding with at least 1 year supervising experiences
• Candidate with background in an in-house logistics environment will be an advantage
• Good command in both written and spoken in English and Putonghua
• Self-motivated, responsible and a good team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Officer
