We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager who is able to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Qualifying leads as sales opportunities
• Being excellent in product & market knowledge to represent the company
• Promoting our service by reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, and visitation
• Collecting updated market & industry information
• Making inputs for marketing programs & go-to-market plans
• Monitoring accounts performance and making follow-ups accordingly
• Updating all relevant sales activities and client information into CRM system
• Assisting in holding up client events for relationship-building purpose

Qualifications & Requirements:   

• Degree holder with 4+ years’ experience in corporate sales/ business development
• Candidates with experience in trade-finance or trade-insurance would be advantageous
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
• Be confident and persuasive communicator
• Having strong numerical sense and business sense
• Able to multi-task and to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in basic computer skills, IOS, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication skills both Cantonese and English
