Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and gain business from existing and new clients in different sectors including Event, Educational, Manufacturing, IT profession solutions
  • Develop sales opportunities for products, solutions, and services to address customers’ needs and close the deals
  • Develop, manage and maintain long-term and close relationships with customers;
  • Prepare and present business proposals, contracts and business presentation in a professional manner.
  • Responsible to follow up and give support for the event
  • Follow up with a customer and do the evaluation
  • Support and manage running events, and monitor the third parties in event logistics, resources, budget, crisis management, manpower, internal and external partners’ liaison. Achieve ROI set for each event and manage P/L.
  • Keep track on market trend of recreation and training activities, and understand customers’ needs to strive for continuous enhancement in the campaign.

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Marketing and Sales or relevant disciplines
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Must be ambitious with a desire to succeed and have an interest in event management/education
  • Familiar with digital marketing applications, e.g.: Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Taobao, WeChat
  • With 2-4 years experience in sales and marketing fields. Candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant Sales Manager / Assistant Account Manager
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including Excel and Google applications
  • Team player who is self-motivated, creative, energetic, and result-oriented. Able to work independently and meet project timelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
