Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform Job closing in system on completed jobs
- Issue jobs for technicians
- Coordinate with customers and technicians
- Handle customers’ enquiries
- Distribute jobs to technicians
- Update customers information in system
- Other administrative duties as and when required
Requirements:
- 2 years’ working experience on administration or customer services
- Experience on handling consumer product and home appliances is an advantage
- Form 5 or above
- Proficiency on MS Office applicationincluding Word and Excel
- Good command on spoken English and Mandarin is a plus
