Job Description
Job duties
- Handle and resolve client inquiry & complaint via phone in a nice and courtesy attitude
- Collect feedback and reflect customer needs and expectation to the Company
- Log down the call details at system
Requirement
- Form 5 or above, 1–2 years’ hotline experience will be an advantage
- Good telephone manners
- Basic Knowledge in computer hardware is an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
