Main Job Duties:

• Formulate and implement retail strategies to increase the market shares;
• Manage the sales and marketing teams to establish new sales channels;
• Manage a team of highly motivated subordinates:
• Develop the consignment marketing plan and good relationship with chain stores buyers;
• Attain retail sales turnover and gross profit goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis;
• Hands-on experience on managing retail promotion activities;

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business or related disciplines;
• A minimum of 5 years' business development or sales & marketing experience;
• Experience in working with electronics/household/health products retail distribution channel network;
• Experience in implementing channel promotional programs;
• Positive attitude with strong desire and motivation;
• Self-driven, energetic, and creative and resourceful;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Channel Sales Manager
