Job Description
Our client, international company provides lifestyle and concierge servics (travelling, entertainment, fine dining...etc.) for the premier banks' high networth clients.
Team Leader (Customer service for highetworth clients)
*shift duty is requested
*Degree holder
- 6 to 10 years experience in a customer service environment serving, luxury travel and hospitality concierge isector is an added advantage
- This position will lead a team to deliver an excellent customer service to premium customers of all concierge requests
- Responsible for the overall management of service delivery and financial performances, structure and people, process and systems, productivity and efficiency.
- Close engagement and collaboration with Sales, Client services, Finance, HR, Partnership Development and other key internal and external stakeholders
- A capable communicator who is eloquent and professional
- Highly adaptable and agile to a dynamic changing environment
