Job Responsibilities 

• Manage all daily sales activity of the key accounts and bring in new business in the assigned territory to achieve sales targets
• Perform account servicing activities including cold/ warm call and client visit 
• Build and develop long-term relationship with valued customers
• Maintain consistent business results with high level of customer satisfaction 

Job Requirements:

• DSE or above 
• 1 year or above experience in customer service and account servicing; paper & supplies experience will be an advantage
• Strong cold /warm calling skills 
• Strong initiative and aggressive to achieve sales targets; hardworking, customer-first and professional attitude
• Self-motivated, energetic with strong sense of commitment & responsibility 
• Effective communication skills in spoken English and Cantonese
• Good presentation skills
• PC literacy (MS Office - Excel & Powerpoint)
