Key Responsibilities
• Act as a front line representative of The Derby and build customer loyalty through in-store experience and utilization of social media and email capture
• Maximize sales and achieve personal sales target
• Provide feedback to director on trends, product specifics, needs and resolutions
• Ensure that quality is present in every aspect of the customer experience
• Ensure that the store’s appearance and display (sales floor, cash wrap and fitting room) are in accordance with The Derby’s standards and specifications of cleanliness, organization as well as health and safety

Requirements:
• Form 5 or above with good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
