Job Description

Position Summary:

The position will be in-charge of Lyoness Hong Kong Ltd., to implement and to execute the loyalty program that is owned by Lyoness International AG. Also, one will responsible for all company activities (Lyoness Cashback Solutions, Lyconet and Lyoness Shopping Community etc.) in the countries, namely marketing, business development, income growth, cost management, HR, marketing and PR areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies in order to attain the goals of Lyoness HK & MO

  • Provide strategic input to the CEO of APAC in consideration of the HK & MO market

  • Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities

  • Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated to all levels in the company and be followed at all times effectively

  • Communicate and maintain trust relationships with stakeholders, business partners and local authorities, include but not limited people management and maintain a health workforce

  • Oversee, responsible and manage Company’s financial performance, include but not limited P&L + income statement

  • Delegate, supervise, responsible, manage and motivate a healthy work force to drive maximum performance

  • Responsible for evaluation of reports, risk management and partner with related parties for performance management and problem solving

  • Responsible for mapping, managing and evaluate business dashboard on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to management for biz alert

  • Act as a public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile

 

PERSONAL PERFORMANCE IN SHORT AND LONG TERM GOALS

  • Appropriation of profits in line with company instruction

  • Sales & revenue target achievement

  • Design & develop marketing strategy, training and event program in collaboration with the respective departments for implementation

  • Annual financial planning and accounting principles

  • Responsible for budget forecast, management controlling, company P&L and maintain a healthy balance sheet

  • Align and adopt the updated universal valuation adjustment and provisions

          a. CONTROL & MONITOR

#Company development, manage and maintain a healthy workforce

#Compliance with legal regulations, work agreements and data protection (include but not limited to biz related data, private and/or IP)

#Expense, investment, revenue and earnings on company performance and EBIT

b. ADVICE

#business and market strategies

#Promotion campaigns, events etc…

#Explore new business development areas, include but not limiting to products, concepts, services

c. CONDUCT / CARRY OUT

#Lead Commercial negotiations and discussion

#Manage Market Intelligence data and translate into meaningful analysis

d. DECISION

#Manage the biz as own to be responsible and take ownership for all matters from set up to implementation, in mind of protecting company interest, with the agreement with CEO

#In collaboration and partner with Regional Marketing team, HR, Accounting, Operations to ensure alignment, compliance and transparent

#Responsible for employee and company performance to ensure driving and achieving a high performance company culture

#Partner with Regional HR for people development

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in supervisory level
  • Min of 15 yrs experience of which 8 yrs should be in a senior position and leading a successful team
  • Equip with strong leadership, high business acumen, communication, strategic thinking, prioritization, presentation and problem solving skills
  • Pro-active, open mind & embrace changes and high sense of responsibility and ownership
  • People oriented with performance management mindset
  • Entrepreneur mind set and believe
