Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operations including order processing, handling customer enquiries and compiling sales report / analysis 
• Work closely with internal departments and external parties to ensure the operational efficiency
• Maintain good service quality and business relationship with supplies & customers
• Participate direct role in sales, marketing and customer service to ensure business growth.

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Associate Degree holder or above
• People-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• 2-3 years working experience (Retail or FMCG field is preferable)
• Good in multi-tasking, Self-motivated and well organized
• Proficient in computer literacy
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
• Strong numerical analysis
• Work well under pressure and able to complete task at a timely manner
