YM Business Management Trainee Program is a 24-month accelerated career development program that provides you with opportunities to broaden your understanding of our business. You will get to participate in a vast array of on-the-job trainings and job rotation throughout various functions in the company: sales / marketing / operations / business support. Who we are looking for:

Excellent command of English and Chinese

Keen interest in Japanese culture.
