The Job

• To coordinate with overseas office and customers (Mainly PE bag business)
• To keep close communication with forwarders and suppliers
• To responsible for shipment arrangement (e.g prepare invoices / packing list / booking to forwarders / courier shipment arrangement / import & Export custom Declaration)
• To follow orders (e.g check prices on sales orders, issues purchase orders to factories, and follow up on delivery dates)

The Requirement

• Diploma graduates with commercial studies
• 3-5 years’ relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS office
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Responsible and able to work independently
