Responsibilities: 

• Handle full set of I/E shipping document and other related documents, such as L/C, PO, quotation and etc.
  
• Interpret vendors' request to sales department/customers or vice versa
• Cooperate with sales department to achieve business goals
• Monitor AR, AP and inventory status
• Around 1~2 times daily trip to Shenzhen office per week

 Requirements:  

• Diploma or above, preferably in business administration discipline
• Over 2 years’ experience in shipping or sales coordination role
  (Fresh Graduate with related academic knowledge will also be considered)
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, aggressive, well-organized and responsible
• Good team player and with strong communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Candidate who can speak Japanese will be an advantages
• Proficient in PC knowledge (MS Word, Power point and Excel)
