Duties

1. Data input into our Operation System and prepare the related reports.
2. Monitor schedules; arrange delivery orders to our clients.
3. Provide administration support to our Sales Department. 
4. Sales support to our Sales Teams, perform a range of customers’ sales order follow up, E.g. assists customer in ordering.
5. Prepare quotation & documents.
6. Follow up client's order and arranging orders.

 Requirement

• Chinese and English passed in HKCEE or DSE
• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with PC operations (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel MS Outlook, Chinese Word Processing)
• Independent, customer-oriented & willing to learn
• 1-2 years related experience & immediately available preferred
