• Degree holder in Business Administration / Fashion Clothing or other disciplines
• Over 5 years relevant retail sales operations experience preferable at least 3 years in managerial position
• Formulate and implement strategic sales plan to drive the shops to achieve the assigned sales targets
• Lead and motivate sales team to achieve sales target and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction
• Monitor product mix & seasonal buying plan to ensure the retail presentation and site selection to align with the Brand Image.
• Enhance shops operation efficiency as well as to ensure the effective implement of business promotion initiatives and marketing programs
• Responsible for undertaking all sales functions including retail & wholesale operations in Hong Kong, Macau & China Market
• Manage & oversee the daily shop operation such as sales/expense control, staff training, inventory management, security and safety
• Possess good fashion sense and well understanding the fashion trend of the related markets
• Proven track record on sales and marketing exposure in fashion & accessories retail industry is advantage
• Strong analytical skills & well organized with good business acumen
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, self-driven, proactive and with strategic thinking
• Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin)
