Job Descriptions:

• Liaise with customers for all business activities, orders and delivery issues.
• Develop and sustain a solid relationship with customers on day-to-day operations.
• Communicate with China factories and internal parties.
• Coordinate with external and internal parties on Project Development progress.
• Ensure accurate and on-time production orders, order status reports and delivery time schedule, etc.
• Consolidate and update reports from internal and external parties.
• Sales reviews, analysis, and trading terms negotiation and follow up with key accounts.
• Handle all ad-hoc projects assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder in Business or Marketing or related discipline with at least 2 years working experience in Sales & Operations.
• Experiences in relevant industries is an advantage.
• Good communication skill, well-organized, self-motivated, teamwork spirit and outgoing characters, responsible and be able to work independently are preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Well versed with PC applications like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing, proficiency in Excel Functions (i.e. v-lookup, pivot table).
• Willing to travel or work in China factory (Zhuhai).
