Responsibilities:

- Managing and growing own portfolio of customers and opportunities
- Covering Controlled and non-controlled business of specific customers
- Directly dealing with customer in face to face appointment to develop, secure and maintain most profitable business
- Conducting Sales planning and review account performance
- Conducting account planning and derive an account strategy including an action plan to develop customers/ opportunities for Export / Import on all Trades
- Coordinating the participation in tender requests from own customers and handling customer tender feedback
- Focuses on personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships and troubleshooting specific customer problems

Requirements:

- University / tertiary graduates preferred
- Experience in working as Sales in Shipping industry preferred
- Drive for results and strong sense of responsibility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Strong ability on analyzing and solving problems
- Fast learner and work under pressure
- Good team player
