Job Description
Duties include but not limit to:
- Manage a team of Customer Service Executives to ensure smooth running and efficient operation of our centres
- Assist in tenancy coordination matters
- Handle and resolve client-related matters
- Manage the maintenance work for our property portfolio
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in facility/property management, maintenance, and operations within a commercial property setup
- At least 1 year experience in managing a front line customer service team
- Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Ability to start work immediately or at short notice is advantageous
- Salary $16K - $18K
