Responsibilities

• Manage and assume overall responsibility of retail operations for assigned stores
• Devise and optimize sales targets, retail staffing plans and incentive schemes
• Lead and motivate frontline staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experience
• Monitor sales performance and initiate necessary actions to achieve improvement
• Coach and develop frontline staff to enhance their selling skills and consumer centric mindset
• Facilitate store opening, stock ordering, inventory control and stock taking

Requirements

• Degree holder or above
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in key retail chain and 3 years managing multi-retail sites experience, preferably in beauty or luxury goods industry
• Proactive, energetic and self-motivated
• Work well as a team player
• Strong analytical, problem solving and people management skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (plus Mandarin)
