Requirements: 

• F.7 or above
• proficiency in MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, English and Chinese word processing
• at least two years of working experience, preferably in legal or accounting firm
• knowledge of basic company secretarial work and company secretarial software a definite advantage
• good communication skills with proficiency in both English and Chinese
• pleasant personality and hardworking

Reporting directly to the Secretarial Manager, the incumbent will be required to provide secretarial support to the team and to assist in basic company secretarial work.
