Responsibilities:

• Manage daily orders, shipments and sales trend to ensure the sales target on track
• Manage and liaise the relationship with buyers for the assigned channels
• Handle return order with various parties
• Handle daily communication and documentation with suppliers on purchasing operations
• Communicate with internal department for stock status update
• Provide general clerical and administrative support to the department
• Conduct regular reports on sales performance and analysis for management review
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Sales and Marketing or related discipline, Degree qualification is preferred.
• 1 to 2 years sales experience preferably in FMCG industry
• Presentable with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently in fast moving environment
• Analytical and sensitive to numerical data
• Detail, commercial-minded and good team player
• Proficiency in PC operations including MS Office
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
