Responsibilities:

• Explore and develop new business opportunities to achieving business goals in relation to home & electrical projects
• Prepare and present sales proposals and other sales activities
• Liaison with developers, architects, consultants, and designers to achieve sale targets and maintain good relationships
• Work closely with project partners and internal stakeholders to deliver the projects in an effective and efficient way
• Work with marketing team in implementing strategic marketing plans

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or other related disciplines
• At least 2 years’ experience in project selling building materials with electrical appliances products is an advantage
• Good relationship with developers, architects, designers and main-contractors
• Aggressive and persistent to achieving company’s objectives
• Smart and presentable with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Candidates with more experience and qualifications will be considered as Senior Project Sales Executive
